2*(3*y-4) = 3*(y-(2/3)) // - 3*(y-(2/3))
2*(3*y-4)-(3*(y-(2/3))) = 0
2*(3*y-4)-3*(y-2/3) = 0
2*(3*y-4)-3*(y-2/3) = 0
3*y-6 = 0
3*y-6 = 0
3*y-6 = 0 // + 6
3*y = 6 // : 3
y = 6/3
y = 2
