Write the equation of the circle in standard form with the center (4,-2) and radius 5.

Standard formula for circle:

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2

h: 4
k:-2
r:5

Since the radius is squared, it would be 5^2=25

Now plug in:

(x-4)^2+(y+2)^2 =25
