C. Which is (0,-2).
Plugging in C into the first equation:
y<(x^2) + 2 = (0^2) + 2 = 2 which is greater than -2
[2 > -2]
Then the second eqaution:
y>(x^2) - 6 = (0^2) - 6 = 0 - 6 = -6 which is less than -2
